Speed Agility Ladder consists of sturdy flat plastic rungs connected using webbing strap. The Speed Agility Ladder can be used for hopping, running or walking drills to increase speed, agility, coordination and sense of balance. Great for soccer drills.
Distance between the rungs can be adjusted to suit your requirements.
Plastic rungs are flat for increased durability and your safety.
Ladder collapses easily to fit into the carry pouch included with the ladder for easy carrying. The ladder stores in its own handle to prevent tangling.

The ladder is great, rungs are a nice bright color and the carrying bag is roomy enough to put a few more things in there with the ladder. Just wish the rungs were a bit longer; they're only about 15 inches and that's a bit on the narrow side. 18 to 20 inches would have been nice. Some spacing markers on the straps would make this product great; having to measure out the spacing myself wasn't too bad but sometimes the rungs slide on the straps and you have to readjust and markers would just make that much easier to do. I plan to just stitch in some markers with light-colored thread.

Okay, but where are the Instructions?
15 ft. is the absolute minimum I'd recommend for an agility ladder. The price was right for this one, and it works well. However, there were no instructions included with the unit. Read more
