I have always liked the Circa Joan & David brand. This season I was on the hunt for black boots and had trouble finding a pair that didn't have tons of big buckles or oddly shaped toes. I was thrilled to find this pair and have been very satisfied with them. They are true to size although I find there is a little too much room in the ankle. Not enough to be a major issue. Overall a very nice boot -- well worth the money.
