One of the greatest albums EVER. Classic,

"Circa:Now" was the first Rocket from the Crypt album I bought, and my life has seriously been changed since. Few are able to find the balance between hardcore and melody, but Rocket from the Crypt does it. A few days ago, a friend of mine asked me what they sound like, and I couldn't give him a straight answer. Punkabilly with horns I'd say, but you can't understand until you experience the unconditional love that is Rocket from the Crypt. Why don't you have this album yet?!?

While this isn't the first RFTC album I listened to, it's tied for first with "State of the Art is on Fire" for my favorite album. It has everything that you could possibly want in a rock album. It is a perfect blend of hardcore and melody, and it only gets better the more you listen to it.

RFTC's exciting blend of punk know how and rock n roll make for one of the best records ever. From the straightforward Sturdy Wrists and Don't Darlene to the epic Glazed, you really can't go wrong.

If you like hardcorw with lighter attitude and flair for the bizzare, this Cd is for you. It blows me away every time. I heard about this band from their short appearance on MTV's Spring Break many years ago and I picked up the cd for a very good price. it continues to impress me to this very day!

If you think the future of rock and roll lies with the Strokes, White Stripes and the Hives, you're a johnny come lately who doesn't know [anything]about rockin' the house. Do yourself a favor and buy this album, Scream Drac Scream, RFTC... hell, buy them all. support the future of rock and roll. That's all.
