The Circle of Death is a story of greed and satisfaction where six people are determined to triumph over death in the ultimate game of living or dying. Six competitors are trying to beat the one-in-six odds-and betting their lives they can for a million dollars. The contestants are made up from a variety of different personalities. A proud ex-convict, a beautiful woman who dabbles in witchcraft, a dope-smoking young man, a millionaire's spoiled son, a poor God-fearing immigrant, and a retired gun collector who served in Vietnam. A ruthless capitalist who will stop at nothing and is out to get rich is having the game filmed secretly. The master of ceremonies of the deadly game is a respectable businessman with a wife and two children who is struggling with his inner turmoil, and the love of his family.

Some people might find this book unpleasant and controversial, but I found it intriguing. It deals with a subject that isn't your regular run of the mill topic. If your looking for a story of love, little puppies, and a world that is make believe, don't read this book. However, if you are looking for a book that is hard hitting, dealing with real life and a subject we all like to hide from. Please read The Circle of Death. I know author Robert Rohloff will take a lot of slack for writing this book from people with closed minds. However, that's what makes this crazy old world so interesting, we all have the freedom of speech, and have the lack of restrictions to enjoy other peoples freedom of speech.

I would have happily paid twice as much for this book. A book like this only comes around once in awhile. I read it all the way through without putting it down. I must admit that the story line is different but it is very interesting. I LOVED THIS BOOK! I CAN'T GET IT OUT OF MY MIND!
