5.0 out of 5 stars Full of surprises! June 7, 2011
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
Sweet dips and spreads? Tucked in here are recipes like: Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball, and Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Spread (YUM).. served with vanilla wafers. In addition, you have classic recipes ready to go which are typically tough to find when you need them. You can picture these on a buffet table, sweet and savory treats for all!

6.23.11:

Just a quick update: I brought two of these dishes to an event: the Always Requested Spinach Dip and Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Spread (dessert or appetizer? No one was sure, so it was first on the appetizer table, and then moved to the dessert table.... caused lots of "buzz"). Both received rave reviews! Great recipes.

Enjoy!

5.0 out of 5 stars Yummy! June 13, 2011
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
I love the Circle of Friends cookbooks. They also have great recipes to share with friends at dinner parties. This cookbooks deals strictly with dips and spreads and has some really good recipes to make. Some of my favorite dishes are the Spinach Dip and the Buffalo Chicken Dip, both I highly recommend. The recipes are very easy to follow and most recipes are very budget conscience.

3.0 out of 5 stars Great recipes but table of contents shoud be first! July 22, 2011
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
The recipes look wonderful but it would've been better if there was a linked Table of Contents at the beginning so I could jump right to the page. It was a pain to have to page through all of the recipes. Also a clickable HOME button on each recipe's page taking the user back to the Table of Contents would be a good idea. Finding the clickable index on the last pages was a surprise but not very useful.

5.0 out of 5 stars Price is GREAT and the recipes are very good June 13, 2011
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
Thanks to whoever put this book on Kindle for free. I've bought a lot of stuff from Amazon, so getting even a few things for "free" is a great loss-leader for your company. As to this "book," it has some decent little recipes in it. Best of all, this gives me a lot of great ideas for my own recipes. I've created a couple things using the recipes in this book, and each one of them got good reviews when taken to parties.
