In the circle ringed with fire,
stand and meet your chosen one.
dance among the laughing spirits,

5.0 out of 5 stars Pretty good, October 21, 2001

I must say, this was good for learning about other religions (besides Wicca), but it was almost like a soap opera. Nothing too horrid, but the next book looks better. Kate, Annie, and Cooper have all been given another religion to study for their Wicca 101 class. Tyler and Annie explore their feelings for each other, in other words trouble beings to brew as Annie fall deeper for Tyler, and he sees he has feelings for her too. But where does that leave Kate, whom is still not allowed to see Tyler outside of class? Cooper gets to know Jane and her grandfather more. Kate and Aunt Netty do some more bonding, and we meet two knew (and very important) characters. Have fun as you are making your way through, "Making the Saint"!

4.0 out of 5 stars A great new book in the series!, November 11, 2001
This review is from: Circle of Three #10: Making the Saint (Paperback)
Life is getting tough for the Circle of Three as Thanksgiving approaches. Kate is happy that she's once again aloud to go to wicca classes but she's upset that her parents won't let her see Tyler. Cooper's friendship with Jane is strengthed when they enter a battle of the bands concert but she leaves the concert with questions on her mind about TJ and love. Her life gets even more complicated when her parents tell her something shocking. Annie feels guilty beyond words for kissing Tyler but she still finds herself drawn to him. Should she tell Kate about what she's done? These questions are all answered as the three witches in training start a special study on other relgions for their wiccan study group. What will happen?

I found that this book was entertaining enough but it dosen't have the page turning spice that the series used to had. Ever since The Five Paths, I've noticed the series has been wonderful as always but not as good as it used to be. The next one looks interesting and I hope it is. Another thing I found I love about this book is it's cover. The book covers keep on getting more beautiful and beautiful and I find this one to be the best. If you're a fan of the series I reccomend reading this book.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great part of the series., October 9, 2002

I just finished reading Making the saint and let me say i loved it. Once again we find Kate, Cooper, and Annie on there never ending journey on the Wiccan path. I really enjoyed how Isobel told more about the other pagan religions. I had no idea there was a religion called Santira. I also found the religion to be very intresting. Out of the whole series i think this one is my favorite but then again i havent read the whole series. I think that all of the books that ive read in the series have been wonderful and well written. I was a little depressed to realize that i only have 5 books left in the series. Isobel, when ru gonna give us some more books. Well i cant wait to read the next book IN THE HOUSE OF WINTER. Also i think the covers of the book become so much more beautiful as the series go on. I can't wait to see what else Isobel has in store for the girls. Till next time.
