Magic takes a back burner in this emotional new book,
By A Customer
This review is from: Circle of Three #6: Ring of Light (Paperback)
In this book Kate has a lot to deal with. Her relationship with Tyler has progressed so that her parents invite him over for diner. She wants nothing more for them to not find out about her wiccan ways so she gets stressed by this. But things take a turn for the worst when she finds out her favriote Aunt has Cancer. Annie starts to volunteer at a nursing home so that she can better face death. But she's miserable there. THe rooms smell and one of the residents hate her. How will she deal? Cooper has seperated herself from the circle but will a chance of healing Kate's aunt Draw her back in?In this book the author focuses less on the magic aspects in the three girls life and gears it more towards there emotions and fears, with wonderful results. This book was well written and lets you know what the charecters are really feeling. The next one "Blue moon" looks really interesting and suspenseful. I reccommed this book to anyone who's a fan of the series. I read it in a day.

Cooper, Annie, and Kate all have equally exiting experiences during their summer. Cooper deciedes to quit learning about wicca which affect her friendship with Kate and Annie. She also has a different kind of adventure with her friend T.J. Annie is not enjoying her summer that much when she trys to overcome her fear of death by voluntering at the local retirement home. And then of course Kate who may learn something about death as well when her aunt comes to visit and Kate discovers she has Cancer.

Another Thrilling Book from the Circle of Three books,

This review is from: Circle of Three #6: Ring of Light (Paperback)
Cooper has left the group, but now, since a family freind is sick, can she be trusted to come back? Kate's aunt comes to visit (with her brother) her favorite aunt. Annie now is working for comunity service for a home for old people. Here she faces death(as she was afraid of in book 5) Cooper faced her fear of magick, and obviusly returns(it always ends like that) The Circle of Three seris is really good, great for people who think whitches have long noses. I would consider CO3 much better than Sweep(which is okay..) or amy of that Silver Wolf lady's junk. DO NOT READ IF YOU HAVE NOT READ BOOK This book is so good because Cooper finally get TJ(i knew it!) and Annie faces death in a different way. The Ritual to heal Kate's aunt was so cool, and that ring of light(hence the name) Anyway read it, CO3 is a good series, I highly recommend!

In the 6th book "Ring of Light", of the Circle of Three series Kate, Annie, & Cooper face more tought challenges. Cooper is no longer practicing magic, Annie has started voluntering at a nursing home, & Kate is dealing with her aunt having cancer. They each go through their seperate challenges but in the end come together to do a healing ritual for Kates aunt. This book is just as good as all of the other books in the series. A must read for a circle of three reader.

Wicca understood,
By Rita Sisco (Peterborough, NH) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Circle of Three #6: Ring of Light (Paperback)
Like the rest of her books, Isobel Bird continues to explain Wicca in a way that gives the religion the respect it deserves. Her characters are "ALIVE" and shows a different outlook with each one of them. She also deals with things that teenagers are confused with and gives sound guidence as to how they should deal with this confusion.
