I have a complete set of Circulon, but composed of the regular and Circulon 2, and Elite, with the soft silicon rubber handles. I much prefer the Circulon 2 or Elite for its non-stick sides, which makes it much easier to clean, and stays better looking over time.

I love this 5 Quart pan! Nothing ever sticks inside, including so there isn't any scrubbing needed, just a normal dish-rag or sponge, a bit of soap, and thats it. It works fine for pot roasts and large batches of mashed potatos. It will become your old stand-by.

I have had most of the pieces for well over two years, use them almost daily, and they are still looking like new. One must not ever use any non-stick on high heat. However, Medium-High is fine.

Without any doubt, Circulon is the finest cookware I have ever owned, including all stainless, copper, and Calphalon.

the pan cooks evenly, I love the large capacity for making sauces and the cleanup is a breeze.

I have owned a set of these pans for many years! I love them! I add a new design here and there. They are well constructed, cook evenly, clean easily, look beautiful and last forever! I am very proud of my circulons and will stay loyal forever! This particular pan is my favorite! I use it for everything!

Oh, I LOVE this pan! I use it almost everyday, sometimes twice a day. It holds a ton of food and it's fantastically easy to clean, just swish with a dish rag and warm, soapy water. Nice heavy, solid construction and the helper handle is a must on a pan this size! Always follow the care instructions for non stick. Most non sticks are not intended for the dishwasher or high heat (med high is fine). And never place a hot pan in cold water, wait till it cools down before cleaning or it could warp. Cared for properly this pan should have a long life. I love all my Circulon pans, but this is my favorite!
