WOW!! I love my other Circulon products and decided to try this. It was great! I used it for chicken and then for a steak. Both came out great. This is by far my favorite grill pan. Try it you'll love it!!!

I have a complete set of Circulon, but composed of the regular and Circulon 2, and Elite, with the soft silicon rubber handles. I much prefer the Circulon 2 or Elite for its non-stick sides, which makes it much easier to clean.

I have no idea what some are talking about in the reviews here, however. On my planet, Earth, nothing ever sticks inside, including this grill pan, so there isn't any scrubbing needed, just a normal dish rag or sponge, a bit of soap, and thats it! I have used these pans on smooth ranges, gas, electric, and never noticed any problems as some have said.

I have had most of the pieces for well over two years, use them almost daily, and they are still looking like new. One must not ever use any non-stick on high heat. However, Medium-High is fine, and I use that setting for the grill pan 100% of the time.

Without any doubt, Circulon is the finest cookware I have ever owned!

It is a beautiful pan, if you have the right stove to use it. The grooves ("hills") [BTW, they are parallel + not concentric as the Amazon description states] have "valleys" on the bottom of the pan. If you have a gas stove, which I have not, - you will probably be very pleased. Don't expect to use this pan on a ceramic cooking surface or just a plain electric coil element as there is not enough contact between heating source + pan; you might damage either. I gave it away to my college kid w/ a gas stove.

I read the reviews about the pan being hard to clean, but I purchased it anyway, fingers crossed. I was not disappointed! This grill pan performs as well as my other Circulon cookware, and is equally easy to clean. I frequently use this pan to cook cheeseburgers, and usually end up with burnt cheese on the bottom of the pan. After soaking for a short while in hot, soapy water, I can pretty much wipe it clean! This grill pan is an exceptional value, and I would recommend it to anyone!

This pan is a dream come true for grilling indoors. You get perfect grill marks and it cooks evenly. Love it!!

What used to be a lot of scrubbing in another
pan is now a pleasure. It is important to not
overheat the pan while frying.I use it a lot,
with good results.

This pan is better than I expected. My 2 sons (18 and 21 yrs old) and husband used it for 3 months when I was away for a family situation. It looked new when I returned, but they said they used it several times a week. They told me what they cooked in it, which was basically everything that didn't go in the microwave, and how many times they burnt things on it (because they forgot they were cooking!?!) - and the pan still looks perfect. They have demonstrated to me how well it cooks a frozen hamburger, and I have to admit I am amazed. I have several Circulon 2 pans, and I like the weight and the surface. I will be ordering these grill pans to give as gifts - they are great for the beginner to the advanced cook - and from our experience, this grill pan seems indestructible!

I have had this pan for a year. I bought it because it was on sale and was shopping around for a new pot set. I figured it would be a good test run on the Circulon brand. It grills great,but you will spend twice the cooking time cleaning the pan! I could not imagine how much food would be left on this pan if someone without great eyesight cleaned it. You have to go along each crevice on both sides of the grill gooves to get the food out. It is very time consuming and tedious and just not worth it. I wonder if the Calphalon pan is the same??? As far as the pot set I ended up buying-Analon Titanium 12 piece. Highly reccomend it.

I ordered this grill pan 12/26/06. They have "postponed" shipping three times so far - the latest notice is for delivery the end of March. Their advertising that it is "available now & ships right away" is FALSE. BEWARE!
