Coated inside and out with rugged nonstick, Circulon 2 cookware eliminates the chore of scrubbing pots and pans. This 11-inch square griddle is great for frying eggs and a rasher of bacon or making weekend pancakes. And the low sides provide maximum access to the cooking surface for easy turning. Circulon's patented Hi-Low system of concentric grooves creates narrow ridges to take utensil abuse, leaving low, wide grooves unscathed to readily release food and ensuring long life for the nonstick coating. Beneath the nonstick is harder-than-steel anodized aluminum. Pot and pan bottoms are left uncoated to conduct heat quickly and prevent hot spots. The slip-resistant synthetic grips on the riveted, polished, stainless-steel handle stays cool on the stovetop and goes safely in an oven up to 350 degrees F. Hand wash only. Backed by a lifetime warranty against defects.

I have been using this griddle since 01/06 and really love it. It makes the best pancakes and grilled cheese sandwiches. You never have to use any oil or butter. It truly is a non-stick surface. I would definately purchase this product again for myself or as a gift.

This griddle is great. Feels sturdy, handle is well positioned. This surface is really non-stick. I've been using it for 6 month and it could still pass for a new griddle - and I am not really extra carefull with it. I do hand wash it, it takes no effort at all to wash its non-stick surface. Very good quality item.

I'd recommend this griddle or any other Circulon product. I've been slowly replacing my pots and pans with Circulon products and after years of use still love, love, love my Circulon.
My last griddle didn't work on my new ceramic stove. My new Circulon griddle works wonderfully and they are soooo easy to clean.
You won't be disappointed.
