I just replaced all of my cookware with the Circulon 2 and I love it. It cooks faster than other brands I've owned. It's also a lot easier to clean. The only drawback is that you cannot wash it in the dishwasher, but it is so easy to clean that I don't think I'll miss it that much.

Circulon is not as popular as Calphalon or Analon, but I think it is superior to either of them. I have had my set of pans for nearly 5 years and there's not a scratch on any of the pieces. My daughter has had her set for 7 years with no scratches. The tiny ridges on Circulon are what seems to account for this phenomenon. Both Circulon and Analon are smooth surfaced. I love my pans so much that I just recently bought a complete set for my son and his wife. Highly recommend Circulon pans!

Cannot say enough good about this set. My fiance does most of the cooking, and I let him pick out the cookware for our registry. What a great choice -- I love cooking with them too! Everything heats so evenly and quickly. I was a bit worried when it said not to use on 'high' for electric stoves, but it heated so quickly on the '7' setting, it was faster than my old teflon set on high! Also won't miss that you can't dishwash them -- they clean so easily! The ergonomic handles are great, too. Excellent set, hands down.

Due to a confluence of circumstances four years ago when I was in the market for a new set of cookware I was able to try out 10" skillets from Anolon and Circulon classic. After using each for a few days, I felt the Circulon unit with its' ridged non-stick interior surface heated more efficiently and was easier to clean. After a price check, I decided to purchase the full set. However, when I saw the subtle changes in the beveled interior configuration of the Circulon2 cookware I decided to opt for this set. I have been pleased with performance ever since.

My basic criteria included:
- Cost efficiency
- Attractive for display on cookware hanger
- Durable with riveted handles
- Oven safe
- Non-stick
- Had full complement of open stock items

Anolon and Calphalon might be a more prominent names, but dollar for dollar, Circulon outperforms. The anodizing process this company employs is impressive. With minimal care and maintenance ( cleaning smudges and hard baked external areas with vinegar and water solution) the set looks as good as the day I bought it and it is an everyday set. I detest the need to tighten handle screws periodically with some cookware and in this case, the riveted feature as been outstanding. I have found no evidence of the flaking problems some users have reported with the Classic set. The pans seem to distribute heat much more evenly than I found to be the case with Anolon so most food can be prepared on lower temperature settings. It can be seamlessly transferred to the oven for baking temperatures up to 350 degrees.

Just about the only downside is the inability to place the pans in the dishwasher but with the ease of cleaning that never becomes a major concern. Supplemental pieces can be found at competitive pricing from a number of retail outlets. If I ever needed to replace cookware again, I would make the same choice but with consideration to the lifetime guarantee, these pots and pans are likely to outlast me, and look better doing it.

These are the best pots and pans we've ever bought (we have bought more expensive ones), and we are very happy with this purchase. Thank you so much.

I've been using these pots for almost 3 months and I can only say good things about them. They distribute the heat evenly, do not stick at all, and wash up easily. I'd recommend them highly for the day-to-day cooking that a family does.

I'm Mr.B., I've been an adventurous cook for more than fifty years. I've cooked on cast iron and all the other coated cookware, on gas, electric and campfires. Circulon 2 is easily the best cookware I've used. I shopped and compared sets for about a month before buying these. It is a much better value (from Amazon) than all the bigger brands I looked at. Mrs. B and I have been cooking with it for about four months. We have also used it in the oven up to 375 F. per the mfg info, and it was great. It does all the good stuff the other reviewers have said. I clean mine easily with a soft dish brush after a little soak in warm water. The only minor complaint is the rivets arent flush with inside of pan, so I find after cooking, food may gather around edge of rivets sometimes.

I am notorious for over thinking, over analyzing, over researching! I just couldn't decide on pots and pans!

I was willing to spend on the higher priced sets, like Caphaelon or All Clad, but after MUCH contemplating and reviewing, I thought I'd give these a shot. I am very pleased so far.

One thing I was looking for was an assortment of sizes, in particular ones large enough for my large family. The 12 piece set came with all except a 12" skillet, which is my most used size, so I am getting it separately. That being said, the quality so far is just what I had hoped, and I use these each and everyday day, several times.

I love the circulon 2 cookware. It does take a bit to get used to but works very well. I like the way they heat so evenly and make simmering a joy. Overall very plaesed with this product

This is the best cookware. The coating on this stuff is phenomenal. I cook Farina (like Cream of Wheat) and it used to be a pain in the butt to clean afterwards because of the cooked on milk. With this cookware it just peels off. I cooked Rice Krispy treats last night, with the marshmallows, and as I am making the marshmallows the mixture is just moving around the pot without sticking at all.

Another big thing I noticed is that when I am boiling water to make spaghetti the whole bottom of the pan is boiling, not just where the flame is hitting it. This is showing me that the heat dispersion is tremendous because it spreads the heat all of the pan to get even cooking.

Its cold here in Chicago so I fried up a steak last week. The steak was cooked evenly all around thanks to the great way this spreads the heat.

I cannot say enough about these pans. I love them, they make cooking so much better because you get better results.
