We decided on the Cirulon Infinite cookware after looking at a lot of other brands. The quality and versatility makes this affordable (a relative term, I know) line of cookware a great value. After 6 months of heavy use, we are more than pleased with the durability and performance.

* Very Thick Bottoms - Allows for even heating of cooking surface

* Great Nonstick Surface - Really nonstick, no issues at all - DO NOT use nonstick sprays or "heavy oils" as these will ruin the nonstick properties (read the instructions)!

* Requires Less Oils - We were able to cut way back on the amount of cooking oils we use

* Durable

* Oven Safe

* Dishwasher Safe

*Important* Follow the manufactures instructions and you will have great results.

A nice addition to the set of Circulon Infinite cookware. The size is great for family meals. I am very happy with the product and plan to buy more to expand my set of Circulon Infinite cookware.

I bought this at twice the price at another sight. That's how badly I wanted this pan. Less the fifty dollars. A steal a deal! This pan was made for working. But it is so appealing to the eye also. The sleek design, the heavy bottom. It likes to be touched and used often. It is absolutely non-stick! Nothing sticks just use a medium or low heat it takes a while but it retains the heat so much better than lighter pans. Whether you are a serious cook or a weekend chef. You are going to love this pan. Elegant enough to be brought to the table. This pan is so easy to clean I have yet to put it in the dishwasher. This is a nice pan! I use it everyday for everything - not just casseroles... I love it for braising - no more lugging out my heavy cast iron! This pan holds a lot of food. It makes a great fond for your pan sauces. It can go from the stove to the oven to the table. The lid fits well looks great.

This is a pretty big pan. It is 12 inches from rim to rim - (not including the handles). The cooking surface is actually only 10 inches.

I haven't run the pan through the dishwasher. I really don't know why I would need to... It cleans up beautifully.

This pan is worth every penny - and at Amazon's price, I'm thinking about buying another! I own a lot of Circulon Elite pots and pans, so I know this pan will last a very long time. (This Infinite pan is the same nonstick as the Elite...)

This is a really great pan. One of the best I've used for cooking and if you're prone to burning things, it's VERY forgiving.

There was no store display and the box had a hole in it. So I opened the box.
Within seconds I realized this was my pan and I wasn't putting it down for a second.
I felt smooth solid stainless handles along with the non stick exterior combined with great pan weight.
The pan walls and lid are thick and very high quality.
How did the pan actually perform?
The pan base heats up gradually on low medium heat for a reason. To reduce hot spots and scorching.
Treat the pan right by warming it up on low to meduim depending on what is being cooked and it will treat you right with great results. Its easier to add more heat than reduce heat.
Sunny side eggs with no oil or butter cooked faster with the lid on than an open fry pan.
Scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese again with no oil, butter ect. I moved the scrambled eggs around too soon and developed a thin non burnt egg film on the pan bottom.
The eggs turned out fine despite this and clean up was easy as wiping the pan with no scrubbing.
Chicken breasts browned nicely and fish does great in this pan as well.
