I absolutely love Circulon "Infinite" cookware! It does everything that's promised, and goes into the dishwasher too! Believe me; this can be a very important feature if quick and easy cleanup is important you. Yet, that is not my only reason for giving this product a five star rating. I've owned many brands of cookware over the years, and for one reason or another, they have fallen short of my expectations. Yes, even my Calphalon cookware can't hold a candle to Circulon "Infinite." For instance, I've had a couple Calphalon frying pans for more than a year now. I tend not to use them because their non-stick properties are lacking--so much so that making eggs "over-easy" is almost impossible. I've tried several different things to correct this problem, but no matter what I've tried, food continues stick, which not only makes cooking more difficult, but it makes cleanup more difficult as well. Another problem that I have is that the bottoms of my Calphalon pans have a slight curve to them; as a result they don't sit firmly on my burners. On the other hand, however, each of my "Infinite" cookware pieces have a flat bottom, which allows them to sit firmly on my burners, and I never have a problem with food sticking to them.

Infinite Circulon 10-Piece SetThe set is useable on our induction type cooktop, and also goes right in into the dishwasher, which was not allowed with previous non-stick pots/pans. And it cooks fine, too.

Previous experience with Circulon II was very good. So, Circulon that could be put in the dishwasher was really desirable. However, they are really heavy and the handles get hot.

Circulon produces the best nonstick product on the market and this set is no exception. Usually with every nonstick product, the cookware should be hand washed only. This is the first set that is dishwash safe. Highly recommended.

I am a third-generation Circulon user. My grandmother uses nothing but Circulon, and my mother uses nothing but Circulon. So when I got married, I knew I was going to buy myself a set of Circulon pots and pans. The latest, greatest seemed like the best choice.

And I was wrong.

Don't get me wrong, the cookware itself works WONDERFULLY. No sticking, pretty easy to clean... quality you would come to expect from Circulon products, or at least I have after decades of being around them and using them.

But the trouble came when I cooked some spaghetti and went to pick the pot off the stove. HANDLE WAS HOT!! I was shocked and crushed. Who on EARTH thought it would be a good idea to put metal handles on pots that get hot? I thought, surely they wouldn't have done this without figuring out a way to keep these handles from getting unbearably hot. But no.

All of the other lines (my sister has the Elite line, my mom Circulon 2, and my grandma the Classic) have the silicone handles. And I am ashamed that I did not even think of that when I bought them. Again, my assumption being that the makers of this line would not have done that without assuring that the handles would not become unsafe to touch without protection.

Of course, I am spoiled by so many other Circulon pots and pans that I have seen/used over the years. And again, the pots work great.

But I am just so sad I could not give this line 5 stars because of this one simple yet crucial issue.

Buy the Elite instead; My sister loves it (and I am jealous).

I just got my set of Cookware before the weekend. I looked at these because they had very good reviews on Amazon, and I was happy with the a previous Circulon product before.

Before buying I checked them out in person and spent some time at Macy's handing the cookware and seeing if they would match the price (they didn't).

This is what I found.
1) very comfortable handles, good weight (off set by companion handles on the heavier pots)
2) very even heading, proof here is that cooked an egg and there were no brown spots -- it's a test in cooking school that chef's must clear to show off as a basic skill (that I haven't attended)
3) cleans up really easy
4) looks smart

Some of the reviews list that the handles heat up a little, and they do closer to the actual pan, however, I believe that I was using too high heat that was too close to the handle.

Lastly, all pots arrived without any dents -- this is what I would expect, but again some reviews listed this as a problem.

I really enjoyed cooking with all my Infinit Ciculon Cookware. After about 1 1/2 years of use, my 8" and 10" frying pans sticking bad. I went to the Circulon website under the FAQs and found"Why are my foods are sticking?" and read. Do not use spray oils on frying pans because the oils burn on a lower temperature and do not use high heat. If you use spray oils or high heat, you would void your lifetime warranty, Bummer!!! BEFORE YOU BUY, READ THE USE AND CARE, AND Warranty.

This is a "MUST HAVE" cookware set for your kitchen. It's a very high quality, and durable set. My food cooks evenly, I even use less butter and oil because the nonstick material is extraordinary fabulous! The best set I've ever purchased. I've been using it for 2 months and definitely feel I won't need to buy a cookware set ever again. You will be so delighted and glad you made this purchase. I rate this product 10 stars!!

I purchased the 10-piece set of the Circulon Infinite and the first set arrived with a damaged 8 quart pot. It had apparently received a hard blow on the box during shipping and was out of round - the lid would not fit on it. The box from Circulon had a hole punched in it where the cookware handle had pushed through. I returned the set with Amazon's painless return system and re-ordered. The second set is great with the exception of a scratch on one of the lids ( I will contact the Circulon company about that.)

This cookware is heavy and beautiful and the stainless-steel bases with aluminum cores allow for even cooking across the flat, bottom surface. I've been looking for a cookware set that is dishwasher safe & this one can't be beat. It looks great coming out of the dishwasher. I can only hope it holds up well under extended use.

If you are considering this cookware - watch Amazon for a Friday sale. It's amazing how much the price normally drops for this cookware on Friday.

I'm telling you this is my favorite. When I saw dishwasher safe!! I had my daughter register for this for her wedding, she loves it too. It can go in the oven up to 500 degree's (hense the metal handle). We just built a home and had an induction cooktop installed by GE. The salesman raved about the induction range, now I know why.............incredible!! He also recommended circulon infinite cookware and all clad. We purchased the all clad grill pan, (don't bother it didn't work on Induction!!) Even though they say it does. We already had the Le Creuset stovetop grill, we didn't realize at the time that that works great on induction too. (love it too). I just love being in the kitchen, it's my fav place!!
Along with the Circulon set were 2 free gifts. Love the cradle burner, we took it to a tailgating party!!! The other free gift is now my potato pot. Love it love it love it!! At the same time we also purchased the GE Advantium oven, whoa I have to tell you, there is nothing like it. We grilled steaks the first time we used it 2 filet mignon, 2 salmon steaks oh my god!! Good good good and it makes microwave popcorn too! It's everything all in one.
