Circulon's TOTAL nonstick system (rated the longest wearing by independent lab tests) features an all-over nonstick coating and a Hi-Low ring design that heats food over the entire cooking surface, but reduces abrasion by allowing only a portion of food and utensils to touch. We have purchased several less expensive brands of nonstick cookware. Last year for Christmas my husband purchased a wok for me, and it was a Circulon product. Each time I used it I noticed that it was extremely easy to clean, both inside and out. I decided to use Amazon's informative website to do some investigation and found that there were several types of Circulon cookware. I decided to go for the Infinate Circulon because I do own a glass top stove and did want the feature of placing my pans in the dishwasher. I have never been happier! They clean up so easy and are pretty enough to take to the table. I also saved up to half off on the price by choosing Amazon over our local shops. Free shipping also!

We decided on the Cirulon Infinite cookware after looking at a lot of other brands. The quality and versatility makes this affordable (a relative term, I know) line of cookware a great value. After 6 months of heavy use, we are more than pleased with the durability and performance.

* Very Thick Bottoms - Allows for even heating of cooking surface

* Great Nonstick Surface - Really nonstick, no issues at all - DO NOT use nonstick sprays or "heavy oils" as these will ruin the nonstick properties (read the instructions)!

* Requires Less Oils - We were able to cut way back on the amount of cooking oils we use

* Durable

* Oven Safe

* Dishwasher Safe

*Important* Follow the manufactures instructions and you will have great results.

I am very pleased with the Infinite Circulon. It really does go in the dishwasher. I especially like the way the lid is designed. If you tilt the lid, any condensation on the lid goes back in the pot instead of dripping onto the stove. The pot is fairly heavy compared with aluminum or stainless steel, but not so heavy as cast iron or le Cruset type cookware. It seems to take a little longer to heat up, probably because the bottom is thicker than most pots.
