I wish I had bought this sooner. It takes a little longer to heat up, because of the thick bottom, but when it does it keeps it hot alot longer. I haven't used it in the dishwasher yet, because it is so easy to clean. Marshmellos don't even stick to the casserole.

My wife and I could not be more impressed with the quality, cooking characteristics, and beauty of the Circulon Infinite series. We purchased the starter set and several pieces. We have been happy with each of them.

First I want to say I have always wanted this pan. Can I use the word sexy to describe this pan? Just looking at it. It's just beautiful. I have been reading about and feeling up this pan at Macy's every chance I got. I would have to be pulled away from the Circulon Infinite display. I own Analon pots and pans and they are great! It just they are this institutional gray and well they are boring. Finally the price came down some what and I bought it here at Amazon no one was there to pull me away. When my pan arrived nicely packaged. I took it out and palmed it yet again. Oh yeah dinner was on my mind. Heavy bottom took some time to heat up but when it did it was hot indeed. A hot pot! I knew just then what was for dinner! I chopped some veggies and stirred fried them, no oil. I don't know they seem too dry to me so I added some Olive oil. Much better! I then added some chicken broth, some fish sauce, a touch of rice vinegar, ginger, garlic and some crushed red pepper. I added so lo mein noodles and put the lid on. I stepped back to admire the sleek designed the slopped sides, the shiny bottom. I chopped up some left over chicken and added it. then turned off the heat. Reached for a deep bowl and some chop sticks. The smell was amazing and really I could just move the pan to a silicone place mat and just have eaten straight from the pot. It really looks that good. Dishwasher safe so they say. But it is so easy to clean it will never see the dishwasher.

I purchased this wonderful cooking pan for myself and also as a gift for my sister. We both LOVE IT! The only disappointment is that when I tried to make an omelette in it...the egg ''stuck'' to the bottom of the pan and wouldn't come out easily. I don't understand what the problem was. I did put a little butter in the pan and melted it before putting the egg batter in. Otherwise I absolutely love this high quality pan. It cleans up beautifully and the handles don't get hot on my stove top. It's perfect to saute vegetables in and etc. It isn't bulky and I don't miss having a long awkward handle sticking out of it when I put it away!....What a wonderful gift this makes for ANYONE!....Consuelo Gabriel

We decided on the Cirulon Infinite cookware after looking at a lot of other brands. The quality and versatility makes this affordable (a relative term, I know) line of cookware a great value. After 6 months of heavy use, we are more than pleased with the durability and performance.

* Very Thick Bottoms - Allows for even heating of cooking surface

* Great Nonstick Surface - Really nonstick, no issues at all - DO NOT use nonstick sprays or "heavy oils" as these will ruin the nonstick properties (read the instructions)!

* Requires Less Oils - We were able to cut way back on the amount of cooking oils we use

* Durable

* Oven Safe

* Dishwasher Safe

*Important* Follow the manufactures instructions and you will have great results.

Love it! I had this frying pan already and loved it so much I bought another for our second home.

I actually bought 4 of these pans of different sizes. My wife says they are the best fry pans that she's ever used.

First let me say that I absolutely love the Infinite line, they are beautiful and do exactly what they claim. I own several of the fry pans, sauce pots and this covered casserole. It obviously is beautiful enough to take to the table even if when serving important guests. Infinite really does exceptionally well in the dishwasher too.

Although labeled a casserole this pan is really the best everyday pan out there. I say this because the others cannot go into the dishwasher and do not have the same quality construction and materials. Also, since it is not overly big or small and comes with a lid it is perfect for preparing a box of Rice-A-Roni (our family favorite box product), frittata, and more. It is a bit heavier because of the encapsulated bottom and hefty handles but it is not unreasonably heavy either.

BTW, if you're getting white spots on your non-stick cookware after cleaning in the dishwasher it's your water and the new soap products (regulation required changes to formulas). Also, those spots are not permanent and will wipe right out. Adding a little Lemi Shine to your dishwasher will help eliminate what the new water and soap standards leave behind on your dishes that even rinse aid cannot prevent.

Note to Circulon: I wish you had not decided to stop producing this line. The replacement line is not as desirable to me with it's rubber and high arching handles.

Picked up this piece to compliment our Infinite set and could not be happier. The quality of the cookware is evident, and we use it on an induction stove. We are thrilled with the non stick properties too...works as advertised!

Love this pan. It is super easy to clean. Nothing sticks. It is a little small for a big family, but it is useful for smaller portions.
