We decided on the Cirulon Infinite cookware after looking at a lot of other brands. The quality and versatility makes this affordable (a relative term, I know) line of cookware a great value. After 6 months of heavy use, we are more than pleased with the durability and performance.

* Very Thick Bottoms - Allows for even heating of cooking surface

* Great Nonstick Surface - Really nonstick, no issues at all - DO NOT use nonstick sprays or "heavy oils" as these will ruin the nonstick properties (read the instructions)!

* Requires Less Oils - We were able to cut way back on the amount of cooking oils we use

* Durable

* Oven Safe

* Dishwasher Safe

*Important* Follow the manufactures instructions and you will have great results.

You can get this skillet and its 12-inch companion for even less when you buy them as a set.

Rule of thumb: search Amazon for the entire Infinite Circulon line before you buy. You might just strike black gold, but not the liquid kind.

The Circulon Infinite 10-inch nonstick skillet is my favorite choice for making omelets. The construction is top quality and the steel handle is both comfortable and sturdy. The stainless steel base with encapsulated aluminum core transmits heat very well.

The lid off a Cuisinart 3.5-quart saute pan fits as a cover for the 10-inch Circulon Infinite skillet and is also a perfect fit on a 10-inch Circulon Elite skillet.
