I bought a set of three of these in the small and large sizes when moving to my new home, and just love using them. They clean up very easily, and still look brand new after several months' use. One of my main uses for the sheets is oven-baking tofu slices for stir-fry and curries (it provides the same crisp texture as frying it, and dries it to a more chewy, less squishy texture). On other sheets, the tofu would just stick and I'd have to peel it off when turning-- on these pans, the pieces slide around with ease.

Since buying them, I've given them to several other people as gifts, I've been so impressed with their performance.

I have had 3 of these cookie sheets that I bought as a set and they are the best pans ever. Nothing sticks; you never had to grease the pans either. They bake anything with a nice finish and as an avid cook; I would wholeheartedly tell you that they are worth every penny. I have had many cookie sheets during my 33+ years of marriage, but these will be my last. The others always had issues, but these have been wonderful and still look like they are new, even though I give them a work out and have had them for almost a year now!

I will say that I was a little taken by the patterned surface, since I was expecting a flat, smooth sheet. However I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of this pan. Things that I normally have problems with sticking on my cheap nonstick pans, have not given me any problem sticking. This was a great purchase and I have been very happy with it. I wish they made a smaller one, though.

I own All Clad cookie sheets/jelly roll pan but I always go to this one. Dishwasher proof and bakes beautifully. I am ordering more--you will love this pan! I am very particular about cookie baking pans and I can't find fault with this one and the price is right.

I love this pan - finally got around to replacing some old ones. The non-stick really is amazing and clean-up is indeed easy. No matter what's on there - burnt sauce, fish skin, etc - a little soak in water and it comes right off.
