Cookies, schmookies, let's bake some bacon!,

One of the easiest ways to cook bacon is in the oven. And one of the most difficult foods to clean up after is bacon cooked in the oven. Given half a chance, bacon will stick to all kinds of cookware like cast iron skillets, enameled broiler pans and stamped aluminum cookie sheets. As I was scrambling eggs without any grease or nonstick cooking spray in my Infinite Circulon skillet, I wondered if Circulon made bakeware. Silly question, fantastic answer. This 11 by 17 rimmed cookie sheet cooks bacon in the oven beautifully, and NOTHING sticks. Its sturdy construction prevents the Big Bang, you know, that loud, startling "bang!" you hear when flimsier cookie sheets warp from the heat. The patented and legendary Circulon concentric circles are part of the magic, minimizing food contact and, thus, the potential for sticking. Shades of Alton Brown's obsession with kitchen multitaskers, the circles are on the top AND bottom, so if you need a flat cookie sheet for, say, a batch of biscuits, just turn it over. With its maximum baking temperature of 500 degrees, there isn't much you can't bake on it, like blasted chicken (great way to cook chicken; go ahead and Google it). What's that? You want the recipe for oven bacon? Yeah, sure. Heat the oven to 400 degrees, lay your bacon strips in a single layer on your Circulon cookie sheet, bake for about 10 minutes and check the browning. Add a minute or two at a time until it's as brown as you like.

Bought this because my son loves fish sticks and other foods that have to be baked in the oven. This is a great pan because you never have to spray anything on it and nothing ever sticks. Highly recommend it.

I bought this to make cookies and pizza and it works great for both. No over-browning or unevenness so far.I did accidentally soak it and it got some water inside (which was my own fault.) I let it drain and set out for a couple days and there seems to be no harm done. It certainly didn't need the soak since nothing sticks, I just accidentally put it in the sink. Works great with Elton Brown's chocolate chip cookie recipe on the [...] (even sans parchment paper!)
