Cookies, schmookies, let's bake some bacon!,

One of the easiest ways to cook bacon is in the oven. And one of the most difficult foods to clean up after is bacon cooked in the oven. Given half a chance, bacon will stick to all kinds of cookware like cast iron skillets, enameled broiler pans and stamped aluminum cookie sheets.
As I was scrambling eggs without any grease or nonstick cooking spray in my Infinite Circulon skillet, I wondered if Circulon made bakeware. Silly question, fantastic answer. This 11 by 17 rimmed cookie sheet cooks bacon in the oven beautifully, and NOTHING sticks. Its sturdy construction prevents the Big Bang, you know, that loud, startling "bang!" you hear when flimsier cookie sheets warp from the heat. The patented and legendary Circulon concentric circles are part of the magic, minimizing food contact and, thus, the potential for sticking. Shades of Alton Brown's obsession with kitchen multitaskers, the circles are on the top AND bottom, so if you need a flat cookie sheet for, say, a batch of biscuits, just turn it over. With its maximum baking temperature of 500 degrees, there isn't much you can't bake on it, like blasted chicken (great way to cook chicken; go ahead and Google it). What's that? You want the recipe for oven bacon? Yeah, sure. Heat the oven to 400 degrees, lay your bacon strips in a single layer on your Circulon cookie sheet, bake for about 10 minutes and check the browning. Add a minute or two at a time until it's as brown as you like.

Bought this because my son loves fish sticks and other foods that have to be baked in the oven. This is a great pan because you never have to spray anything on it and nothing ever sticks. Highly recommend it.

I bought this to make cookies and pizza and it works great for both. No over-browning or unevenness so far.
I did accidentally soak it and it got some water inside (which was my own fault.) I let it drain and set out for a couple days and there seems to be no harm done. It certainly didn't need the soak since nothing sticks, I just accidentally put it in the sink. Works great with Elton Brown's chocolate chip cookie recipe on the [...] (even sans parchment paper!)

Great pan. Cleans off really easily, doesn't warp at high temperatures.I baked a huge pan of squashes, they were in the oven for 2 hours, and all of the burnt on juices came right off. It was a miracle. The only thing is that the surface of the pan has ridges, which is fine unless you're taking cookies to a bake sale or gifting them.

I really love this cookie sheet. No need to grease it and nothing sticks that I have tried so far. Cookies and biscuits slide right off. I have been cooking for almost 60 years and never had a cookie sheet that came even close.

Follow the clean-up instructions that come with the pans. It's a breeze. You don't need to put them in the dishwasher. Can't wait to get more items of the same design.

I recently bought the Circulon 11-by-17 inch cookie pan on Amazon. When it arrived, I hand washed it and baked a batch of cookies. No sticking. I was impressed. It's also made of very sturdy metal, which I liked.
Then I ran it through the dishwasher. I've baked three or four things on it since then, each time using the dishwasher to clean it afterward. Everything glues itself to the cookie pan and has to be pried off. It's like the non-stickness of the cookie sheet washed away the first time I put it in the dishwasher. I called the company to ask about the fabulous guarantee on the label. They say that if I mail this to them, at my expense, using packaging that I would purchase, then they will look at it and decide if they will choose to issue a refund. I think this is a crummy guarantee. I need to spend almost as much as a new cookie sheet would cost, and who knows if they would grant a refund. Instead, I plan to try returning it to Amazon. I have some ancient T-Fal cookie sheets (the black ones with the little hexagons) that I've had for about 20 years of frequent use. I clean those in the dishwasher every time, and nothing ever sticks to them. I wanted to buy another one like that, but you can't buy those anymore. From the reviews here and the hype in the description of the Circulon cookie pan, I was expecting even better performance from the Circulon pan. But the Circulon pan stopped working after one use. I almost gave the Circulon pan two stars instead of one because it is very sturdy. But then I thought about the warning on its label that says that while you bake, the pan can give off poisonous gas that might harm birds or sensitive people. That knocked it back down to one star.

This Circulon nonstick 11 x 17 cookie pan can be used for just about anything you would normally bake on a large, flat baking sheet with raised edges. Cookies, chicken, fish, carrots, cauliflower, etc., come out great on this pan. Nothing sticks whether greased or not. Bakes perfectly and cleans up like a dream. Highly recommend.

We are all impressed with this cook pan. Feels heavy duty, items just slide off...
And they brown well. Probably going to buy some more of these. I have the Circulon fry pans and they are great.

I purchased two of these sheets about 6 weeks ago. Nothing sticks to them. I've made oven fried potatoes and several different types of cookies and I'm completely satisfied. I even forgot to spray one of the sheets in a recipe that called for it. The cookies from both sheets came off perfectly - no difference in fact. They are heavy and retain heat. This might impact some peoples satisfaction but is not a problem for me.
