This frying pan allows you to grill almost like on a barbecue and with little oil or butter. Cleanup is easy if you soak pan first and then hand wash since it is not recommended for the dishwasher. I like this pan so much I bought one for all the ladies that cook in my family.

Perfect for winter grilling. Heats evenly and fits a 12" lid if need be. Nonstick and FAR easier to clean than cast iron. I wish the ridges were a bit narrower like a real grill, but that is a very small complaint. I can finally get rid of my heavy cast iron grill pan! HOORAY!!

Circulon's quality is always the best and this pan is no exception. Grills beautifully and cleans up even better! I use it all the time. It's much faster than building a charcoal fire.

I love cooking my fish everyday in this pan. Comes out just the way I want it.

bought this grill pan to do some indoor grill, so far very satisfied with it! easy clean, non-stick but not the teflon stuff. Good price comparing to other same quality grill pan.

Due to a confluence of circumstances four years ago when I was in the market for a new set of cookware I was able to try out 10" skillets from Anolon and Circulon classic. After using each for a few days, I felt the Circulon unit with its' ridged non-stick interior surface heated more efficiently and was easier to clean. After a price check, I decided to purchase the full set. However, when I saw the subtle changes in the beveled interior configuration of the Circulon2 cookware I decided to opt for this set. I have been pleased with performance ever since.

One of the sales points for me was the ready availability of open stock items, including this grilling pan. I also have the 11"griddle, so the biggest decision is which pan will be most appropriate for whatever is my fried item of choice. This pan has the raised grill pattern to allow juices and oils to drain off and not saturate your food. But like other Circulon items it heats evenly and efficiently, is non-stick and a snap to clean. It's a sturdy and durable product, one that will continue to serve for years to come. About the only complaints would be it's nearly impossible to get that striated grill look on your burgers because this pan makes burning or searing a tough act and the dishwasher is a no-no.

If you're not familiar with Circulon, give this pan a try and I would be surprised if you don't end up going out and purchasing a full set.

Love almost everything about this pan. Super easy to clean! Nice weight. Great for grilling. Wish they had soldered their handles on instead of taking the cheap way out and bolting them on. Even my old T-Fal set that lasted me over 20 years wasn't bolted on. But Circulon has been the easiest cookware to use/clean yet. So time will tell about the handles.

I am a huge fan of the circulon products. This is an extremely handy item to have and very durable.

I use nothing but Circulon in my Kitchen. I bought this one because my mother likes to "brown" a lot of her meats. She was "cooking" my pans to death. Once she started using this one I was much happier. Liquid stays in the pan longer. The ridges allows the food to brown nicely without the burned pan look. Non-Stick is superior. Great pan.

I have owned several of this type of pan, but I must say this Circulon grill pan is absolutely the best one ever. I spend many hours in the kitchen... I love to cook and like to try new things.

I'm happy to say this pan truly is non-stick, and is very easy to clean. Just a few swipes with a soapy sink sponge and it's just like new. I've used this pan, probably 4 to 5 times a week since I purchased it in August 2009. It's great to be able to grill with a minimum amount of oil, or even no added oil, depending on what I'm making.

I highly recommend this pan and what a great price from Amazon. I've seen this same pan in a major department store here in the northeast, selling for much more, even with a supposedly "sale price".
