Great pan. As always, circulon has lived upto the expectations. Best part is that I found a lid to go with it. The innovations big pan's lid (sold at bed bath for $9.99) fits this one perfectly. I happened to have the set.

I've had this pan for better than 8 years and it has lasted well. Circulon has a great design philosophy - the circular grooves provide protected crannies for the nonstick to survive. The tops of the grooves will suffer some loss of nonstick over the years, but the grooves ensure nonstick performance over the long haul. The pans are made of decently heavy gauge anodyzed aluminum which is very heat responsive. The nonstick finish is of good quality and is very tough. This 100 open Everything pan is great for fritatas and other dishes that get finished in the broiler. The two loop handles get into and out of the oven without fuss and handle the heat just fine. The pan's suitability for braising raises the issue of the lid. I, too, can't find a matching sized lid and have sometimes wished for one. I've used tin foil - but this is a shame. A great value except for the lid issue.

I had purchased a Calphalon skillet from Amazon about 5 years ago and have used it continuously since then to the point that it needed to be replaced. I purchased this skillet on the Friday Sale and found it to be even more superior in quality. I have used it for about a month now and it continues to amaze me...there is practically no clean up and nothing sticks! I particularly like the grooved cooking surface. I would highly recommend this product....don't be fooled by cheaper skillets...you will be very disappointed!

Got this pan during one of those amazon buy 4 get one free deals and each pan came out to be under 10 dollars. I love it...lightweight, easy clean up. Only downside is there is no lid and hard to find one that fits an 11 inch. I just use my 12 inch pan cover and it's good enough. Gave one to my mom and brother.

This is a good pan. It has metal handles, so you need to watch out because they get hot. I use it to pan-roast meats and I get pretty good fond considering it is a non-stick(ish) pan.

Lightweight, elegant, sturdy, easy-to-clean and non-stick--what more could a cook ask of pots and pans?

I like this pan - use it almost everyday. It is a little lighter in weight, but that doesn't seem to hurt the performance at all. I reach for this pan almost everyday! It is wonderful for cooking eggs or whatever you want. Like all Circulon, there is no stick, even browning and wonderful cleanup! You just can't ask for more in cookware. The handles (do get hot-but not a problem for me) make it very convenient to use on the stovetop. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was the handles that heat up.

My only complaint is a minor one... the handles get a bit warm. Otherwise this is a great pan that I use almost daily.

This is another gr8 purchase i made from amazon. Must say, really a gr8 product. Much better than many other non-stick brands. Make sure to wash it with soft sponge and only use wooden spatula on it and this product will last a lifetime, just as it was brand new.

The product is fairly described as an "open" pan, but I find it to be difficult to use without a lid, and the 11-inch size makes it difficult to match a lid to it.
