I looked high and low to find the perfect wallpaper border for my daughter's room. It's really hard to find borders that aren't character-themed, and that go beyond teddy bears and alphabet blocks.

This border is perfect. The color palette is pastels and neutrals, so it matches a lot, as far as bedding and curtains, carpet and furniture. It's girly without being too girly. And the image doesn't show it, but the bottom edge is scalloped, creating a beautiful flowing shape when you put it up.

I am hoping that my just-turned-3-year-old will like it for a few years, before she decides it's too babyish. I had animal curtains similar to this when I was around age 6 or 7, that I adored (part of the reason I got this border), so we could get 3 or 4 years out of them before she demands something for "big girls"!!

I just wish Kelly Rightsell stuff was easier to find and more reasonably priced, so we could get more that goes with this.

Although the info said it was pre-pasted, we had to buy wallpaper paste at home depot to get it to stay up. It curled up a bit even with the paste, so we had to add a little extra glue to the scalloped area to get it to lay flat and dry flat.

Other than that, gorgeous, and worth every penny!
