My daughter loves this book,

My daughter checked out this book from the school library last week. We've read it to her at least three times, so tonight being the last night before library day, I told her we'd have to give it back tomorrow. She asked if we could keep it "forever". So, here I am to buy it as a gift for her.It's a cute story about a girl from the circus who sweeps in and out of the lives of two little boys who never talked before but were in the same class. The three kids become friends in the small amount of time Circus Girl was in town. As she leaves town, they're not sad because they now have each other. Simple, but nice story. The artwork is not my personal favorite, but my daughter loves the drawings. That's what counts. |
