Well, I have this exact same model of Linksys
hooked up to my phone BUT buyer beware, Linksys puts their LOGO on ALL of their products and the one pictured is NOT a Linksys!

Worked like a charm. My sister thought her phone either had a filter or didn't need one. I kept telling her all phones need a filter. She told me all did then. So I ordered this over a cheaper one (the ones I use) because I was afraid she might have a bad filter. Turns out the phone was unfiltered. Plugged it in and all is well with the internet / phone world.
