Compatible will all my home network devices in all speeds; my PC, NAS, 2 types of NMT & WiFi Router.
Does the job as it is supposed to without any issues.
I have a mixed network with 100M and 1G devices.
All the different devices are working at their rated network speed without dropping the speed to the lowest one supported.
The switch doesn't feel warm to the touch indicating it is not using a lot of power.

I took a chance with this product because I have had bad experiences with SOHO desktop switches such as those from D-Link, Linksys and the likes because once in awhile they seem to require a reboot as if they weren't designed to run 24/7 or can't handle too much traffic. So far, I have had this about a month and I've put Terabytes through this and haven't had any hiccup yet. Solid built and on top of that, it's very energy efficient. I used the Kill-A-Watt product and this device was toggling between 0 and 1 watt usage. That's just incredible.
