I purchased this book to help prepare the CVOICE exam and found it a useful supplement to my other prep material. I had trouble finding Cisco material for CVOICE. This book includes a practice test as well as flash cards and a summary of key concepts. It is written by the same trainers who present the excellent Knowledgenet course.I also used it to prepare the QoS exam. There my principal resource was the excellent Cisco Press book by Wendell Odom and again the Knowledgenet Express course. I think that this book's test is a bit easier than the real exam, especially for the simulations, but still quite useful. Since it also includes prep for the Call Manager Exam, it is really a bargin. Three practice tests and flash cards for about the price of one (inexpensive) practice test! I wouldn't recommend it as the main resource for any of the three certs, but it is quite worthwhile as a review tool when you think that you are getting close to ready. |
