As a user and collector of handheld TVs for over thirty years, I find the CPST-2521 the culmination of Citizen's experience and expertise in this field.
Tuned to a strong local station, the clarity and sharpness of the picture appears almost high definition. Color accuracy is good and weak signal reception is fair. However, the best feature is its sophicated tuner. It auto-tunes and displays the channel number just like a full size TV. It can even be set for CATV. The only mistake Citizen made is that there is no indication on the cabinet or in the instructions of the 6 volt adapter socket's polarity. (the inside pin is + [positive].) Construction is solid and the controls are easy to use. |
