I bought this watch for my mother. It is really a good one. I even tested it by putting it in water and true to the product description, it is "water resistant" !!
My mother really enjoyed this watch.

Very Elegant looking great watch. I liked how it fit on my wrist (got the links adjusted).
Nice for party wear. Amazon price is really good.
The only reason I had to give 4 stars is - since the bangle is plain gold color, can see
lots of scratches on it with daily use.
My mom liked it too, and wanted mine!!. So I'm planning to get another of the same.

This watch is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL without being "too flashy." It is rather dainty, and could really be worn for either casual or dress. I am excited to have the EcoDrive feature since it is never convenient to have my watch batteries replaced. This purchase has exceeded my expectations thusfar.

My boyfriend gave me this watch as a Christmas gift. It is a beautiful watch, and I get lots of compliments when I wear it. And the Eco-Drive is great; I love mine so much, I have an Eco-Drive watch tucked away as one of this year's Christmas gifts for him!

I bought this as a gift. In concept, I don't like battery watches, in fact I have a drawer full of watches with dead batteries. The Citizen Eco-Drive line promises years of maintenance free usage which is a big plus. This particular model is a fairly attractive women's dress watch with a rather delicate slimness. It is suitable for dress or everday wear though I do not know how durable it will be in the long term. The band (like all metal bands of this type) requires fitting by a jeweler. The links are VERY tiny, so I would not recommend do it yourself re-sizing unless you have the proper tools (unless you want a broken watch band). The face of the watch is surrounded by ersatz diamonds (of course at this price they are not real), which are quite nice in appearance. The face is cleanly styled with a plain white background and gold hour and minute hands (there is no second pointer). For the price, quite a nice little watch, very suitable for a mid-range cost gift.

Just got it yesterday for Christmas, so we will see about reliability - here's my opinion so far.
* It's really attractive, so I like that about it. It really sparkles in the light.
* Fits really nicely on the wrist (once the extra links are removed).
* The directions are very generic and aren't specific to this watch, so you can't tell what level of water resistance that it has - I had to check on Amazon to find out - irritating.
* The directions also didn't say anything about what to do if we need to reduce the number of links - guess we have to go to the jewelers and pay some more bucks.
* Wish it had a light-up feature for telling time in the dark.
* The most irritating thing is learning to tell what time it is when there are only marks (not numbers for the 12-3-6-9 positions, so hard to figure out at this point if it's 2:30 or 1:30. Shouldn't a watch tell time???
* The watch did start up right away, so I like that and that I don't have to worry about batteries - just don't know what the life of the watch really will be.
I'll probably keep it and give it a try - so we will see!

I love this watch. I had previously bought it from jewelery store for twice the money. I lost it and couldn't find it. I could now longer find it at the jewelery store, so I checked Amazon and you had it, for half the price too. I get many compliments on this watch.

Watch arrived in good order and on time. It was a little smaller than my mind's eye thought, but it was accurately sized in the item description. My wife liked it and as it was gift for our 15th anniversary it worked out quite well as watches and crystal are traditional gift categories for that milestone. Seems to be holding up well after 6 months, so no complaints.

Good and pretty watch. However, lack of description of how to reduce watch wrist band size. This apparently has to be done at a Jeweler's shop, which should have been indicated.
