. I love citizen eco drive watches.They are usually so painlessly carefree. This model, however, is not a good pick!. If you need the band sized,as I did, the band now fits perfectly, but to unclasp the watch, you have to reach inside between watch and wrist to manuever the deployment clasp.It's next to impossible.
I understand the reason... the band then looks like it's all one piece. it's just not worth the trouble. I literally had to stick a pointed object under the watch to get it to release. A sharp, pointed object near your radial artery is just never a good idea. Think twice here.

The face color looks white in the photo but is actually grey and purple.
Also, the watch looks much cheaper than in the photo, and diamonds are very small.
So, I sent it back. The refund was prompt.

I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for". I bought this watch about 3 years ago, and I love it. The stainless steel holds up well and looks great even after much wear and tear. The eco-drive component of Citizen watches is excellent; I have never had any issues with this watch keeping time, and I enjoy not having to rely upon a battery. Buy this watch - you won't regret it.

Received this watch about 5 years ago as a Christmas gift. LOVE IT. Extremely durable! I am VERY rough on jewelry and watches. I have rarely taken this watch off, it has never stopped keeping time, the band/clasp has never broken, and the diamonds are still in place. The eco-drive rocks. I am not one to replace batteries, and this watch has been ZERO mantainence.

I could use a new face cover, but after 5 years, I may just buy another one of these watches at this price.

A GREAT GIFT.

I've had this watch for I think four years now, and it's worked great. It keeps really good time, and after the initial charge, it seems to be fine with just whatever light it picks up during the day. The only slight problem I have had is that sometimes the clasp comes open when I'm working around the kitchen.

I really like the Eco Drive system and I have just purchased an Eco Drive diving watch, and I hope to get years of good service from that watch, too.

The product itself is great. Ergo the 5 star rating. However, I was pretty comfortable that this would be the case before I ordered it online. I had seen a similar product in a "warefouse" (Sam's Club), but it wasn't the color I wanted. I have sense found it at Costco, $30 cheaper that what I paid. That's the basis of my unhappiness. It was not only the product that I was shopping for, but the price also. Sorry, Amazon, but you didn't fulfill my expectations!

I have this exact watch from eight years ago. I have only replaced the battery once (had to send it to citizen and paid a fairly nominal fee) and it has never malfunctioned on me ever. It is a great everyday watch and I have worn it EVERY day for years. It takes all the licks well too because I am hard on everything I own! I had a jeweler buff it up and it looks brand new! You will not be disappointed.

This is a great watch and very pretty. The greatest part is it never needs batteries. One difficulty I have with the watch is that it is hard to get on and off because of the clasp. You need some free space to unhitch the clasp between the watch and your wrist. I had to have a lot of links removed because it was too big, but that wasn't a big hassle and was only 4 euros. Overall, I am very pleased with the watch and it will last a lifetime.
