As much a piece of jewelry as it is a timepiece, the two-tone Citizen Eco-Drive Lucca stainless steel women's watch is perfect for wearing to very special occasions. This luxurious watch is highlighted by a dazzling bezel that's bedecked with 28 tiny diamonds. It frames a lustrous mother-of-pearl dial background that's further accented by 12 diamonds acting as dial markers as well as gold-tone dagger hands (with seconds hand). Topping it all off is the silver winding crown's black cabochon (rounded crystal) accent. The stainless steel bracelet band mixes polished gold-tone and brushed silver finishes, and is joined by a push-button deployment clasp. Other features include a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and water resistance to 30 meters (99 feet), which will protect the watch from rain and accidental splashes.

This watch is powered by Citizen's unique Eco-Drive, which absorbs sunlight and any artificial light through the crystal and dial to recharge the watch continuously. With regular exposure to light, the Eco-Drive continuously recharges itself for a lifetime of use. This watch's Eco-Drive provides a 180-day power reserve.

I bought this watch for my wife and she simply loves it! My local jeweler has this watch priced at $500 marked down to $400! At this writing (7/8/07) this vendor has it marked at $285 and free shipping! Two other vendors on Amazon have prices of $300 and $390 with shipping cost of just under $8.00 each.

The picture in no way reflects the beauty of this watch! The two tone band is very nicely finished and the clasp is of A-1 quality. The face and crown of the watch have a total of 40 small diamonds and the mother of pearl face is beautiful! The style of this watch on one hand is casual so it can be worn every day but at the same time the mother of pearl and diamonds give it an elegance that is very dressy.

Citizen's "Eco Drive" is a wonderful innovation. Using available light, sun or man made it charges a cell for up to 6 months. That means no battery change, ever!

Ladies, if you wish to have a watch that looks every bit twice the price you are paying and one that is hassle free this is it! Men, you will not go wrong getting this for your lady. I am a watch fanatic and own over a dozen watches myself. I have started a collection for my wife and this is about her 5th watch. Out of every one I have purchased for her and myself, at this price this is the hands down winner when it comes to bang for the bucks!

I received this watch as a christmas gift. I love it. It is way more sparkly in person than the pictures show. It is comfortable, not too big and not too small. The two-tone makes it very versatile. I received the watch via 2-day mail and it came in a lovely gift box. It was an all-around great transaction.

Watch looks just like pictured - very nice. The mother-of-pearl face framed in diamonds is stunning. Don't get this watch confused with the less expensive version of the Citizen Lucca.
