I gave this watch to my wife has her birthday present. She loved the watch, it was a lovely looking watch... but within a day she came back complaining that the face of the watch has scratches. According to the description the dial windows was suppose to me mineral, which means minimum scratches. But these scratches were deep and visible.

I have bought about three Citizen watches from either Macys/JC Penny.. after using them for years, I never had a problem with them, nor scratches... When I was looking for a new watch for my wife, I found this watch and felt the price was great... but now I am disappointed with the quality...

I returned it to Amazon.com, they returned the money.. I was not charged for return shipping.... I love their customer support.

I was looking for a small, inexpensive watch and this did the trick. I can read the time easily and it's a nice looking band.

I bought this one for the wife and she has been very pleased with the watch. It is very classy looking, yet can be worn everyday. She has small wrists and the band fits nicely on her wrist.

I have an Eco-Drive watch as well so I am a big fan of the product.

I love my new watch (a gift from my husband)! It's simple, yet classy. The band is lightweight, which makes it very comfortable. And I don't have to worry about batteries ever again. Easy to read the time, easy to unlatch, and the two-tone goes with everything.

this is a beautiful watch. amazon.com prices were lowest on net. eco-drive never needs batteries. stays charged even after 5 months of being in darkness. black face with gold hands and numbers very easy to read, even for a person with "mature" eyesight.

I read the reviews & saw one complaint regarding scratches on the watch surface, but went ahead & ordered it since others reviews did not say anything about that. However, after a few weeks of wear, this watch did have 2 visible scratches on the surface, similar to the other review. I am quite disappointed about this since I absolutely love everything else about the watch, including the size, band style, black facial surface which is very easy on the eye, its Eco-drive feature, etc. I also own 4 other Citizen Eco-drive watches & love them all, without having any scratch or any other problem ever.

Amazon accepted my return, so I appreciate their great customer services. I am going to order a different Citizen Eco-drive watch (also with a black dial but different model) and hope this won't happen again.

I love this watch. It keeps perfect time and I do not have to worry about a battery running down.

Was X-Mas gift for my wife, Amazon had best price to be found! Why waste gas, drive from mall to mall, deal with annoying people, unknowledgeable salespeople, expose yourself to shoppers who go out SICK, etc. etc. SHOP at HOME w/Amazon you usually get lowest price, no tax and many times free shipping!!!

This watch has many features, one is that is has technology that allows you never to have to buy watch batteries!
