This Citizen Women's EW1400-53H Eco-Drive Titanium Watch has every feature I was searching for: easy-readable display, date function, comfortable clasp, high-quality construction, solar-powered, phosphorescent hands so time can be read in the dark and slim profile. It is even more elegant than it appeared in the picture, making it not only ideal for daily professional wear but also appropriate for evening wear. It is extremely lightweight and smaller in diameter than most similar models. My favorite watch to date.

This is a nice watch, the hands glow in the dark just enough to be visible, the watch and band are very light weight. The back cover of the the watch body is titanium so there is no stainless steel that will come in contact with your wrist. The calendar number is too small for me to read easily.
I received a free watch band adjustment kit as part of an amazon promotion with the watch. The kit came with no instruction but there is some information available on the web. The pins of the watch need to be pushed out the same direction as the arrows on the inside of the watch band. There are small circular spring clips that go in the largest hole in the link (not the middle one per citizens instructions on their web site but one of the outer ones). Be careful to not lose these as they are tiny and will fall out when you removed the pins to adjust the watch. Without the spring keeping the pin tight the pins will fall out from the link. You can put the spring back in place by threading it on one of the extra adjustment kit pin pushers and pushing that back into the hole. Once you have the process down it takes a minute or two to remove or add a link back to the watch band.

This is a great watch! It can be hard to buy jewelry online (I returned the first watch I bought because it was too clunky), but this watch looks just as nice in real life as it did in the picture - not too dainty and not too big. It's been very reliable and comfortable. I'm very glad I bought it.
