I always wonder why music like this isn't what we find on the shelves in the bins labelled Top 10. With all the garbage that fills the airwaves these days, this music is a blessed relief!

Delving into the sound of the didge a coupleof years back I "discovered" Didjworks and immediately found myself drawn in by the incorporation of the modern to this ancient of sounds. Rather than remixing beats on top of sacred voices, ala Enigma, Simon7 abd others of this brave new sound are reconstructing ancient voices into new compositions.

This is a music must have!

I first became aware of Didjworks when visiting New York. I walked past Simon7 playing didjeridoo in one of the subway stations, and I'm really glad I bought one of the CDs because they've been difficult to find otherwise -- until now!

The distinctive didjeridoo sound lends itself to the haunting music here -- trance patterns overlaid with samples and eco-friendly messages.
