I've had problems with aching hips and back trouble. I suppose it can't be proven but I sincerely believe taking Citracal Plus Bone Density Builder has made all the difference! My hips no longer hurt, and the back has improved greatly!

I started taking calcium supplements about 6 months before I was diagnosed with acute Osteoporosis. I went through 4 brands and about $70 trying to find one that didn't upset my stomach. I then heard about Citracal with Bone Density Builder (Genestein: proven to help build bone density!!!!). DOES THIS SOUND LIKE AN AD YET??? When I started taking it over 4 months ago, my stomach problems stopped and I do feel a lot better: fewer aches and pains! AND the best deal I have found to right here on Amazon.com when I subscribed for regular deliveries.
