When my doctor told me I need a larger amount of fiber in my diet than I could get by eating fiber rich foods, I thought I would be forcing myself to choke down tasteless, gritty mixtures. But then I tried Citrucel - it has a good orange flavor which is further enhanced by mixing with orange or cranberry juice, and now I have to start my morning with Citrucel and juice! I really don't feel right unless I drink this before breakfast and it also makes a perfect mid-afternoon pick me up. It is a pleasant and quite effortless way to get daily fiber recommendations. I like to buy the large size through Amazon as most stores do not carry this size.
