Consult a physician before using any laxative if you have noticed sudden change in bowel habits which persists for two weeks. Unless directed by a physician, do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present. Discontinue use and consult a physician if rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement occurs after use of any laxative product. Unless recommended by a physician, do not exceed recommended maximum daily dose. Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than one week unless directed by a physician. If sensitive to any of the ingredients, do not use. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. Ingredients
Active Ingredients: Each 19 g adult dose contains:: Methyl Cellulose (2g). Inactive Ingredients: Citric Acid, FD&C Yellow 6 Lake, Orange Flavors (natural and artificial), Potassium Citrate, Riboflavin, Sucrose.
Directions
Fill glass with at least 8 oz. of cold water. Fill enclosed scoop with product. Level scoop with knife or flat object. Put product in water. Stir briskly and drink promptly. Drinking another glass of water is helpful. Adult dose: dissolve one leveled scoop (one heaping tablespoon - 19g) in 8oz. of cold water, up to 3 times daily at the first sign of constipation or irregularity. Use enclosed clear scoop. Generally produces effect in 12-72 hours. Children (6-12 years): Half the adult dose in 8 oz. of cold water, once daily. Take this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 oz. (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. (See warnings). Store below 86 F (30 C). Protect contents from humidity. Keep tightly closed.
