5.0 out of 5 stars The most flaps ever!
I have added this Amazing Giant Book to the companion on the farm. My daughter is twenty one months and loves these books. Each page has fifteen to twenty flaps so most of the fun is finding all the little treasures. She can identify some of the items hidden, but I know this book will last into her two's because there is more to learn. I love the illustrator/creator...

2.0 out of 5 stars Not as good as the farm one
My son loved the farm version of this book, there are so many neat things hidden under the flaps, so I thought this would be a novel way to keep him entertained on a plane trip. Not so. The City book is way less interesting and 90% of the flaps, once lifted, reveal some guys standing around participating in the activity of that building. To a toddler that means that...

I love the illustrator/creator of this book- Tony Wolf, he did Meet the Woodland Folk, which was a beloved book from my childhood. I highly recommend to parents of toddlers.

The City book is way less interesting and 90% of the flaps, once lifted, reveal some guys standing around participating in the activity of that building. To a toddler that means that each flap just has some guys under it, doing something boring and inscrutable. Oh look- people looking at art at the museum, Oh look- people looking at books in a library, Oh look- people waiting in line for a bus . . . boring.
