Favorite Episode,

This review is from: City Confidential - Deadly Odds In Biloxi [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This is one of my favorite espisodes. If a organzied crime syndicate did not exists, you still have an organized one in the form of the casinos with the assistance of the city government ripping off the poor officers, sergeants, and airmen at the nearby Air Force base. If there was not a government installation next to the city, the casino would have gone belly up because there was no steady stream of customers. Amazing how people say that they don't need government assistance; however, in reality, they take it anyway they can legally and illegaly.
