The best character creation system of any MMO and I've played hundreds of MMO's. Also has a very nice skill system. Also has the best support response team of any MMO I've seen. Even at 3 am the wait for a GM is less than 5 minutes, less than 2 minutes at 'normal' playing hours.

The graphics I vote 5 out of 5 mainly because of the detailed costume creation. The support staff I rate 5 out of 5. It also has an amazingly large mission setup, and in next free update 'issue' there is plans on allowing players to create their own missions as well, so a 5 out of 5 for that too. The player community in general are very nice and rarely run into problem players, and when you do there's an in-game ignore function so a 5 out of 5 for that as well. 5 out of 5 overall for such a wonderful MMO.

With this packaged edition you get access to City of Heroes:Freedom with VIP access for 30 days as well as some goodies (including 400 points in the in-game store, a $5 value). City of Heroes has recently adopted a hybrid payment system. There are three tiers: Free (where you never paid a dime, ever), Premium (where you previously spent money on the game), and VIP (where you are currently paying a monthly fee). If you choose to not renew your subscription after the 30 days from this edition runs out you will be a Premium Member with all the benefits therein. A pretty good deal.
