4.0 out of 5 stars BEAUTIFUL!, April 1, 2005

This review is from: City of Joy (Audio CD)
This soundtrack is loaded with beautiful pieces, a few with a distinct "ethnic" feel. [The setting of the film is Calcutta.] The score reflects/evokes the drama of the story, featuring several rather haunting melodies. Very good from beginning to end. Wonderful textures and soundscapes from a latter period Morricone score.
