Product Description

Eating is and should be part of the fun of life! Eating less is difficult. The solution is to eat and drink those foods that do not make us fat. This is possible with the breakthrough of the Glycemic Index (GI). We can eat from all food groups, including carbohydrates, but just not everything.
The GI gives us numeric values that tells us which foods and drinks make us put on weight and which don’t. As a gourmet, you will find that most of the things you shouldn’t eat are the bulk fillers — in fact, the cheap stuff. You can actually increase your gastronomic delight by following the GI.

Pursuing the advice provided here will bring your weight down and keep it down. It will increase your quality of life.

You can eat from all food groups without starvation. An ongoing low GI regime is natural, scientific, and healthy.

Regular ‘resistance exercise’ and ‘detox’ round it off, as described in the book.

You will stay in control of your body, keeping it slim, strong and agile.

You will feel good about yourself. You will live longer and better.

A low-GI lifestyle liberates you to enjoy the best, here and now!
Healthy and enjoyable living is more than a diet. It is a lifestyle.

5.0 out of 5 stars It worked for me!, April 14, 2011
This review is from: City Lifestyle Diet (Kindle Edition)
And it makes a lot of sense. It's not a matter of believe or opinion - all is well explained, easy to read. The photos are cool. The best thing is the exact list of what to eat and drink, and what not. That list is full of surprises.
