This is easily one of the best debut albums ever made. The music is catchy, the lyrics smart and achingly personal. My favorite song is Oh Amor, simple and powerful, it leaves a lasting impression; it also shows off Lou Black's voice extremely well, the strength and sincerity of it.
I think that everyone will love this CD.

This is a terrific new CD that shows how much more creative small independent producers are than the major record studios. The songs are melodic but also have a punchiness to them that makes for a really interesting effect. The title track is wonderful - poetic and haunting with an aching feeling of separation and loss.
Friends who have heard the CD love it. |
