5.0 out of 5 stars At Last It's Here!
In 1982 at the age of 17 my musician friend Mike and I caught these guys live in Frisco, our hometown at the "new" Wolfgang's Club after the previous one had burned down. These were not Iron Maiden or Ozzy or the Scorpions nor were they Black Sabbath, with a "refined" metal sound but they were hard, loud, fast and proud and had every right to be so in their own "biker rock"...

3.0 out of 5 stars laaz rockit sorted rise to thrash form this powermetal?
most people fing these first 2 cd shocking they sound more like powermetal/glam style la rock. But laaz rockit seams to do it better than than average with a few hints of what they'll become vital cd with bonuses for collectors but some will trash these classic cd for their LA glam sounds at points but don't underestimate these cd they have some great song and even pantera...

In 1982 at the age of 17 my musician friend Mike and I caught these guys live in Frisco, our hometown at the "new" Wolfgang's Club after the previous one had burned down. These were not Iron Maiden or Ozzy or the Scorpions nor were they Black Sabbath, with a "refined" metal sound but they were hard, loud, fast and proud and had every right to be so in their own "biker rock" way! I could of sworn that this club was "gonna burn" down too! Their album rocked just as hard as they had in concert with the cuts "City's Gonna Burn", "Caught In The Act", ""Prelude" and more.. This is a complete album of metal classics that has been long overdue for cd exposure and without a doubt their most essential as I did not appreciate their later transformation into a overproduced sounding glam-looking act on their follow-up album. This album will always rule and sit proudly next to other 80's classics in my collection like the first Anthrax album "FISTFUL OF METAL" with Neil Turbin on vocals, Vicious Rumors first album "SOLDIERS OF THE NIGHT" featuring a young Vinnie Moore and Thor's "ONLY THE STRONG" as what good cutting edge rocking metal was before everyone started copying Motley Crue,Ratt, and Dokken! This CD has been remastered with some bonus tracks and I see the band is currently trying to make a comeback so more power to them!

This is like if a bad, untalented hair metal band (not all are bad)tried to make a thrash album. It's a fialure.
