I loved this set! I'm a huge fan of Battletech, and I love urban combat. The rules contained open up a huge variety of tactics not avaliable in standard Battletech. A must have for any Battletech player!

Good place to start,

This is a great expansion to either start the battletech experiance, or to continue. The thing that makes it so good for a beginner is the scaled down rules. It gives the basics, a good place to start with any game. Also it's economical. You get 16 nice plastic figures, that if you were to buy the metal equivolent would cost about $80 or more. It comes with two mapes to be able to start playing, but they limit your terrain choices. For the experianced gamer, aside from two new maps, and 16 figs, are some very nice counters for buildings, fire, smoke, and rubble. Handy to have for other campains, and maps.

Great way to get into the battletech universe for anyone who's played RPG's before. The models are wonderful. I would probably skip buying Battletech Fourth and just buy this set because its that much better
