Good for Civ. Pro.
THis book coupled with supplements is good. I do not find it as clear as Yeazell though.

You will learn very little
If your looking to learn something about Civil Procedure and this book is assigned to you I wish you luck. All it is is cases and then questions, no explaination or summary. It sucks. Sign up for Barbri, buy a Gilbert Law Summary, and start praying.
