The All Clad 10 X 14 inch cookie sheet size and weight is perfect for my Breville Smart Oven, Breville BOV800XL The Smart Oven 1800-Watt Convection Toaster Oven with Element IQ. It fits perfectly in the groves in place of the oven rack.

I have baked small batches of cookies and breakfast dishes on this cookie sheet. It is easy to clean. I highly recommend this cookie sheet. It gets a lot of use in my kitchen.

Some of my happiest childhood memories are of sitting in my grandmother's kitchen watching her make cookies. She always let me lick the bowl when all the batter had been used - that was awfully good. But, not as good as the cookies warm and fresh from the oven. I also remember how she would scrape with her spatula to get remainders of the last batch off the baking sheet before she put on the next. And, truth to tell, some of her cookies were a bit dark on the bottoms.

She would have loved this large All-Clad baking sheet! She would be able to get a good two or three dozen of her drop cookies on one sheet, and when done just a smooth slide of her spatula would take them to a cooling rack. It's never a question of the ones in the center of the sheet being done first as the heat is evenly distributed throughout the surface.

No telling how many hundreds of cookies I've baked on our sheet, and it still looks new. No longer any need to scrub a surface with an abrasive cleaner, as it comes from the dishwasher spick and span. All-Clad is most definitely a favorite in our kitchen!

I have a few other All Clad products, so I expected this to be the same quality. I wasn't disappointed. This is the best baking sheet I have ever had &
I only wish I had bought it sooner. It's just the right size to bake a dozen cookies and they come out perfectly. Pricy, but definitely worth it. I expect to pass it on to my granddaughter.

This is just the best cookie sheet you can buy. Sure its expensive, but its the best. Heat spreads evenly. From one side to the other, from the front to the back. It cleans easy. So far its been very durable. I've made foil packets of meats and veggies as well as baked goods. So far its been flawless.

These are pricey, but hands down they are the best cookie sheets you can buy. Stainless is much safer than nonstick or aluminum. Totally satisfied.

I wanted a durable , high-quality bake sheet of about this size to replace an outer aluminum-surfaced one I've used in the past; and, with purchase of my All Clad Ovenware 10 Inch x 14 Inch Baking Sheet, I now have exactly what I want.

This is a nice sturdy stainless pan, as you would expect from All Clad. It will probably last forever. However, I was looking for a pan this size with four sides, not a one sided cookie sheet. It will be less versatile but still useful and durable.

Best cookie sheet in the world. We have baking stones but for cookies this one is top notch. Easy to clean and is over sturdy in a good way. You could drop it from a skyscraper and not bend it. Heirloom in the making!

I was hoping that the aluminum layer in this cookie sheet would help transfer the heat, but the sheet still takes a long time to heat up, thus the cookies take longer to bake. The workmanship seems good, the sheet does not warp or bend in the oven which often happens with thin sheets.
