About the Author
County Limerick native Malachy McCourt is the authority to tell the history of Ireland. He has written several books, including the best-selling A Monk Swimming, Singing My Him Song, Danny Boy, Voices of Ireland, and The Claddagh Ring. Complementing his literary work, McCourt is also a skilled actor. He appeared in the television series Oz and in feature films such as The Bonfire of the Vanities. He lives in New York City.

This book is very small, but perfect as gift, especially with claddagh ring or pendant. I gave this with a pendant to explain the meaning behind it. It's small enough to fit in a gift bag too!

I think this is the perfect accompanimant to a Claddagh ring or pendant. some info about the meaning of the Claddagh, etc. This is a tiny book, so probably most will consider it to be a sort of side gift, which is what I used it as.
