This is a great reference book for all property field adjusters. It provides a practical "How To" approach for preparing a scope of loss for all kinds of property claims. It is full of diagrams and easy-to-read instructions for measuring structural damage to residences and mobile homes. It is great for novice and experienced adjusters alike. The only drawback is the price, which is quite high for a paperback.
