Product is as advertized - an extreme suit and too warm for other than very cold days. Difficult to layer as suit by itself is too warm. I rated it a 5 because it is exactly what it says it is. I went out in 10 below and had to unzip to cool off. I should have bought the (blue) lesser suit because it would get more use. Great product just has limited use as there aren't enough really cold days in northern united states. Maybe an Alaska type environment.

The suit is warm but not too bulky to walk around in. Would wear wader liners under the bids rather than pants for comfort.
I do not use it for ice fishing but have used it for both offshore and pier fishing (mile and 1/2 walk each way) in sub zero temperatures.

Only minor niggle so far is that pant bottoms cannot be adjusted to be tight fitting and cold drafts may be felt on lower legs.

I would highly recommend this suit to anyone that does a lot of ice fishing. The suit is extremely warm in the coldest conditions and lives up to its name.
