I have really enjoyed this album. You go from hearing Clapton copying Chuck Berry and Bo Diddley licks to sounding like, well, Eric Clapton. Plus you can hear some of the Rolling Stones when they were doing session work with visiting US blues musicians. British musicians were into those old masters and kind of reintroduced them to American kids in the sixties. Not all of these cuts are great, bbut if you're looking for a cross section of Clapton's early career you give this a try.

This is a great collection of Claptons early music a very good recording also it has the classic track by the Yardbirds Smokestack Lightning. He was a great guitarist then and still is now Clapton is God is a great title for this cd.
